Terms and Conditions:


PARTS- All parts sold can be returned to us, in original condition, for a full refund if dissatisfied for any reason. Customer is responsible for the postage cost of any returned parts. Refunds will be made in the form of original payment.

All pinball machines are shopped completely and will leave us completely tested and working. The major circuit boards (limited to powerboard, CPU board, and soundboard) have a 60 day replacement warranty. In order to do a warranty replacement, the circuit board must be removed by you and returned to us for replacement. You are responsible for all the shipping cost to return boards to us. We can help you with phone instructions on board removal and replacement. All boards must be the original board sent with machine, and cannot be worked upon or altered in any way. We will not reimburse you to call a tech to do work on any board or any part of the machine.

Any modification of any part of the machine involving the electical system voids your warranty. If you plan on adding any modifications that tie into the electrical system, we suggest you wait until the machine is out of its warranty time.

No other parts, including but not limited to, dot matrix display, opto control boards, coils, and assemblies are covered under any warranties. These are used parts, and we cannot know the life expectancy of these parts. We can assist you (phone assistance) in replacement of such parts, but you all responsible for all cost and labor involved in any such repairs.

Pinballs sometimes develop minor problems due to vibrations during the shipping process. We will phone tech any of these minor problems, and most can be resolved in minutes. Our techs are very good at recognizing problem by description, and with help of the built in pinball self diagnosis programming. All problems cause by shipping, need to be reported within 7 days of receiving the machine.

Although problems which develop after the machine arrives and during normal play, (other than circuit board problems), are not cover by warranties of any type, we will phone tech all problems in an attempt to fix the problem. The non-warranted phone teching we provide, is strickly as a courtesy to you, and can refused or withdrawn at any time. Please report each and any problem within 7 days of receiving the machines, or this will imply the problem(s) did not exist, when the pinball arrived.

If you are unhappy with any machine, it can be returned within 30 days of receiving, for a full refund. Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the machine to us and must properly pack and protect the machine for the return shipment. It must be in the same condition as it was when sent, and must contain all original parts.

All new pinball machines from Stern are only covered by the warranty offered from the manufacturer. Details concerning warranties on Stern pinballs can be found at or by contacting Stern Pinball. New pinballs, once opened, if returned will be subjected to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping cost on returned machines are the responsiblity of the customer.

By making any purchase from Pinball Universe (seller), the Customer (buyer) consents to jurisdiction in the State of Colorado Courts in order to solve any disputes arising between the buyer and seller. This Consent to Jurisdiction includes all transactions between buyer and seller.
